PC Experience
I've worked with Windows-based computers since 1996, and have experience with every version of Windows from Windows 3.1 through Windows Vista.
I fixed software, internet-connectivity, and email issues, and identified hardware problems on computers running Windows 98/98SE, ME, and Windows XP, while working as a tech support for PeoplePC Corporation.
As part of my degree in Computer Networking, I completed A+ certification training for both PC hardware and Windows software. I also completed training for Red Hat Enterprise Linux and have experience using and configuring Debian GNU/Linux, Woody through Sarge.
I own one home-built PC, running both Windows XP and Debian Sarge.
